The location was exceptionally nice and convenient - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The budget queen room was perfect and spacious with nice views.

mind house bungalow was a pleasant surprise during my recent stay in nam theun. the peaceful setting and friendly staff made for a relaxing experience. the clean and comfortable facilities exceeded my expectations. it was a great place to unwind and the affordable rates were a bonus!

no hot water

We had a wonderful stay at a bungalow with a great view of the lake. the ensuite bathroom was clean with hot-water showers and provided toilet paper and bar soap. It was very peaceful and quiet at night and in the mornings. the owners were friendly and quickly fixed a broken light bulb in the bathroom. the food at the restaurant, Phosy, was delicious and we enjoyed it both during our stay and on our return from the loop. The staff spoke good English and the bungalows were new, clean, and comfortable. Cons: Nothing all good 😊.

Great value for the price and exceeded expectations, with comfortable and clean rooms. The balcony offered a nice view and the bed was super comfy. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and the food served at the restaurant was the most delicious we've had in a while.

The WiFi didn't work during our stay, but they promised to send a mechanic to fix it. However, not having WiFi for a night wasn't a big issue for us.

I stayed at Mind House Bungalow for two nights while exploring the Thakhek Loop. The bungalows were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and mossy nets. The location near the river was superb, perfect for unwinding with a beer and some music in the hammock. The delicious food, served in generous portions, was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and the campfire provided a cozy atmosphere for sharing stories with fellow travelers. I had a great time and would recommend this hotel.
